Swimming Pool Opening – Turnkey Service

Important: Before our arrival, please ensure that all fences and gates providing access to your pool are unlocked and that all necessary equipment (pump, filter, accessories, etc.) is outside, ready, and accessible for our technicians. If our technicians are unable to access your pool or if essential equipment is missing, the opening will need to be rescheduled, and additional travel fees will apply.

Our pool opening service includes:

  • Complete startup of the filtration system: We ensure that everything is functioning correctly and that your installation is leak-free.
  • Inspection and replacement of defective parts: If we detect any damaged parts, they will be replaced on-site and charged to the customer. Please note that, depending on the complexity of the necessary repairs, additional time may be required and billed accordingly.
  • Electrical issue management: If the motor fails, it can be brought to the store free of charge for repair (repair costs will apply). The customer can then pick up the motor and install it themselves or opt for a second service call (additional fees will apply) for our team to reinstall it.
  • Included chemical treatment: Only two cups of chlorine will be used and are included in the service price.

Additionally, we offer optional opening kits:

  • Standard opening kit: Ideal for optimal pool opening maintenance.
  • Saltwater pool kit: Specifically formulated for pools with a salt generator.
  • Heavy-duty cleaning kit: Designed to effectively clean pools requiring intensive treatment.

Important Information for Customers

  • Vacuuming and leaf removal: Our technicians do not perform pool vacuuming or remove leaves. These tasks must be done by the customer after startup.

  • Water level and leaf accumulation:

    • If the water level in your pool is too low and there is a significant amount of leaves, we will start the system to run tests and ensure there are no leaks. However, to prevent the main drain from clogging due to excessive leaf buildup, we will be required to shut off the motor. This will help prevent issues with water supply to the pump. The customer can, upon returning home, add water to the pool until it reaches the proper level (three-quarters of the skimmer) and restart the filtration system.
    • If the water level is too low but the pool is clean and free of leaves, our technician will leave the system running using only the main drain. In this case, it will be the customer’s responsibility to:
      1. Add water until the pool reaches the proper level.
      2. Adjust the three-way valve handle to allow water circulation through both the skimmer and the main drain.

We are committed to providing you with professional service for a stress-free swimming season!
