2. Free In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is free of charge. Once your order is confirmed, you can collect it at the service counter or the designated pickup area.

3. Pickup Procedure

• Place your order online or in-store.
• You will receive a notification when your order is ready.
• Present a valid ID or your order confirmation when picking up your items.

4. Online Orders – Conditions and Timelines

• Orders placed online before 2:00 PM will be ready for same-day pickup.
• Orders placed after this time will be available for pickup the next business day.

5. Specific Policy for Pools, Spas, Patio Furniture, Sun Shelters, and BBQs

• In-Store Pickup:
  If these products are in stock, they will be available for pickup within 72 hours after purchase.
• Home Delivery:
  • Home delivery for pools, spas, patio furniture, sun shelters, and BBQs is available Monday through Friday only, and will be completed within a week, depending on the season and availability.
  • Delivery fees range from $100 to $350, depending on the selected product and delivery address. These fees will be confirmed with a representative before the order is finalized.
  • A member of our team will contact you to arrange the exact delivery date, time, and fees.
