General Return Conditions

In-Store Returns Only

  • All returns must be made at one of our physical stores.
  • Returns by mail, online, or through other channels will not be accepted.

Return Period

  • Returns must be made within 10 days of the purchase date.
  • No returns will be accepted after this period.

Product Condition

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all included accessories.
  • Damaged, worn, or opened items may not be eligible for a return.

Specific Exclusions for Pool Products

  • Chemical Products:
    No returns or exchanges (e.g., chlorine, water treatments, stabilizers) for safety and regulatory reasons.

  • Installation Accessories:
    Not eligible for return if used or installed (e.g., hoses, filters, fittings), unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  • Custom or Special-Order Products:
    Items specifically ordered for the customer cannot be returned.

  • Sale Items:
    Not eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

  • Incorrect Product Selection:
    No exchanges, returns, or refunds will be granted for incorrect product or size selection at the time of purchase.

  • Inflatable Items:
    No refunds. Exchangeable within 48 hours of purchase in case of manufacturing defects.

Proof of Purchase Required

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all returns.

Return Options

  • Exchange:
    Exchange your item for another product of equal or greater value (with payment of the difference, if applicable).

  • Store Credit:
    If an exchange is not possible, store credit will be issued for future purchases.

  • Refund:
    Refunds are available for unused items, subject to approval. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Defective Products

If a product has a manufacturing defect, please return it with your proof of purchase. Depending on the case, we will proceed with a repair, replacement, or exchange.
